How Many in Total?
Cardinality principle: the last number said when counting a set tells how many objects are in the set, regardless of arrangement or order counted

Count the objects, then tell me how many there are without starting over.
Place 3–8 objects in a row. Count together once, ask “How many in total?”, then rearrange the same objects and ask again.
